Why this Hotline is significant for us?

Previously, all the information related to fraudulent and illegal activities was received anonymously within the organization. This hotline will provide an opportunity to all the partners to help us with the information about fraud and breach in the code of conduct directly and anonymously to the company.

Who can utilize this Compliance and Anti-Corruption Hotline for registering the complaints?

Every stakeholder who knows about illegal and fraudulent activities is encouraged to use the hotline for registering a complaint against the stakeholder involved in these kinds of activities. Also, the employees of PVCMT are also requested to use the hotline if they are aware of any suspicious activity. Also please note that ignoring this can lead to damage to the reputation of the company.

What conduct clauses should be communicated via Compliance & Anti-corruption Hotline?

The hotline should be used to communicate the following criminal or illegal activities:

Theft, payoffs, and bribery

Fraud, gifts, and donations

Conflicts of interest

Not ensuring the confidentiality of data/ Insider Trading

Antitrust issues (infringement of rivalry law)

Money laundering

Manipulation of bookkeeping

Environmental issues

Not obeying anti-harassment policies

Health, work wellbeing and security

Child Labour and young workers

Modern Slavery 

Freedom of association and collective bargaining 

GHG Emissions, energy efficiency, and renewable energy

What occurs after whistleblowing?

We are very serious about illegal and fraudulent activities. All the contacts will be guided by an external company to co-op with corporate Audit as well as corporate compliance and the situation will be dealt with in no time. By providing us with the right contact details (Phone-No, email) we can also reach out to you for additional information, whenever required. We will take all the data as per the situation and all the activities will be taken care of seriously and as per the laws.
