India-based leading manufacturer of advanced auto-components for progressive automobile industry Padmini VNA Mechatronics partnered with the German automotive supplier for drivetrain and powertrain technologies Vitesco Technologies to form the joint venture ‘PV Clean Mobility Technologies’ which will be based in India's second largest information technology hub Gurugram.

As part of the 50:50 ownership, the two industry leaders will work together to develop, market, and distribute Hybrid & EV Products and Thermal Management Systems in India and globally, creating an outstanding local supplier for the Indian automotive market by combining strengths and expertise in joint solutions for clean drive systems.

In addition to addressing clean and efficient propulsion technologies driven growth opportunities in the automotive sector of India, Padmini VNA Mechatronics and Vitesco Technologies will work together to combine their innovation capabilities to manufacture and distribute best in class auto-components that are clean and sustainable at the same time. The product range of PV Clean Mobility Technologies focuses on sensors and actuators, as well as fuel delivery modules for passenger cars, commercial vehicles as well as two-wheeler markets.
