Padmini VNA Mechatronics, set up in 1991, is a leading manufacturer of automotive components in India, with a wide range of high-efficiency products such as EGR valves, throttle bodies, vacuum pumps, and fuel delivery modules among others for passenger car, commercial vehicle, two-wheeler, three-wheeler as well as tractor applications.
The partnership aims to create a strong local entity to cater to the domestic market by combining strengths and expertise in joint solutions for clean drive systems. Both partners have a 50 percent share in the joint venture, which will be based in Gurgaon
